UNDERSTAND YOUR RESULT
A code tells a story.
Each code can be verified once. If you or the retailer already checked it, the next check shows that it was previously verified.
What does a first verification mean?
The code matches an active record and this is its first recorded check. A code check alone cannot establish the contents or condition of a physical pouch.
Why does it say “Already verified”?
The code has been checked before. You or a retailer may have checked it earlier; copied codes can also cause this result. Keep the packaging and contact us using the link below if you have concerns.
What if the code is not recognised?
Scan the QR again in good light. An unrecognised, cancelled or recalled code cannot receive a positive result. A connection error means no result is available; try again later.
What happens to my camera or photo?
The QR is read on your device. Camera images and chosen photos are not uploaded. Only the decoded code is sent when you choose to check it.
